• 2.2 Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts
• 2.3 Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• 2.4 Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
• 2.5 Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• 2.6 Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• 2.7 Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website
• 2.8 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our services

3. Content Guidelines

When submitting information or communicating with us:

• 3.1 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• 3.2 Your content must not contain defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate material

In all interactions with Emu Core:

• 4.1 Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
• 4.2 Provide clear and detailed technical specifications for project inquiries
• 4.3 Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
• 4.4 Cooperate with any reasonable requests for information or verification
• 4.5 Honor commitments made during project discussions and agreements

9. Governing Law

9.1 APPLICABLE LAW: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 JURISDICTION: You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 INFORMAL RESOLUTION: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally through good faith negotiations.

10.2 NEGOTIATION PERIOD: Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for a period of thirty days from the date written notice of the dispute is provided.

10.3 FORMAL PROCEEDINGS: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with Section 9 of these terms.

11. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Statute of Limitations

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of our services or these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
